Trigger Diary

Wait times to see a lung doctor can be long. There are patients in rural areas living on the financial edge for whom commuting to a town or city with a sub-specialist in lung disease is essentially prohibitive. People can’t miss the day at work or afford the fuel to make the trek in to see the lung doctor. There are patients living with concern for insufficient healthcare coverage, high deductibles, uncertain immigration status, etc, who are also afraid to seek expert care. Many of these evaluations can be started with a robust and comprehensive trigger diary. This is a way to make your visit with primary care or your subspecialty asthma or pulmonary physician more efficient.

You can use mine here (Trigger Diary) or ask your physician for their preferred trigger diary.
